I had a fantastic stay for 4 nights! The beignets in the lobby were out of this world, and the cocktails mixed by Brittney were a delightful surprise. I loved the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the room, which felt like a luxurious retreat.

The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans has a fantastic location, just blocks from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The room was clean and spacious, with lovely decor despite some signs of aging. I appreciated the extra security at night, requiring key access to enter the building, which made me feel safe. The staff overall were courteous, though some interactions felt a bit indifferent. We did enjoy the live music at the Davenport Lounge and the beignets from the lobby café were a real treat. I faced a couple of issues during my stay. The check-in process could’ve been smoother. it felt tedious and took longer than necessary even when there was no line. The breakfast options at the restaurant had limited choices. On top of that, I had a small incident with room service where my order was incomplete. Overall, it has some charm, but management could improve on service consistency and communication.
